On May 28, Xinjiang Nilek 4 million kilowatt wind power photovoltaic integration project, the first phase of 2 million kilowatt photovoltaic project successfully connected to the grid, is the first successful grid-connected project in Xinjiang new energy Base 13 million kilowatt project, achieving 531 grid connection "start", marking the largest single wind power photovoltaic project in Asia successfully connected to the grid.
1.Project introduction
The project land area of about 180,000 mu, the construction of photovoltaic installed capacity of 3.2 million kilowatts, wind power installed capacity of 800,000 kilowatts, supporting 4 220 kV gathering stations, 2 110 kV boost stations.

It is reported that after the project is fully put into operation, it is expected to provide 8 billion degrees of clean electricity per year, save 2,294,300 tons of raw coal, reduce carbon dioxide emissions 6,266,600 tons, and play an important role in improving the local energy supply structure.

As a grazing and light composite project, Xinjiang Nilek project adopts a special design, the use of photovoltaic panels can reduce wind speed, wind and sand, reduce water evaporation, improve moisture content, and play a good role in protecting the grassland ecology. The "grazing and light complementary" mode can realize the comprehensive land utilization of on-board power generation and off-board grazing, and the regional comprehensive benefit has been significantly improved.

The project uses a new generation of SVG equipment from FGI to optimize the structural design. Through efficient thermal design management, the power density of the device is greatly improved, the floor area is reduced, and the land resources of the station are effectively saved. It has excellent environmental adaptability, higher protection level, and can operate safely and stably in the environment of windy sand and large temperature difference in Xinjiang; The performance is higher than the standard requirements, and the compensation function is rich, suitable for various applications.

Up to now, FGI has provided more than 100 sets of super-large capacity water-cooled SVG equipment for Xinjiang Fengguang large Base project, distributed in more than a dozen new energy power generation stations, supporting nearly 30GW of new energy projects connected to the grid for power generation.
