In this boiler, there are four motors using FD5000 high voltage frequency inverter, respectively to control steam, hot oil, hot flue gas. The hot flue gas is controlled by two 315KW motors and sent to the main fan through the pipeline for drying the wood pulp. Two 315KW FD5000 high voltage frequency inverters respectively control the two fans.By using the FGI FD5000 series high voltage frequency inverter to adjust the output power of the fan, the precise control of the hot flue gas flow is achieved, which is compared with the traditional baffle or damper adjustment method,and is more energy saving than the hot smoke flow adjustment with the windshield.In this industrial process, the other two 132KW motors use advanced control technology, such as the FGI FD5000 series high voltage frequency inverter, to precisely adjust the output of the steam generator and the hot oil generator, its important role is reflected in the following aspects: Precise control of output, pressure and temperature management, energy efficiency, maintenance of equipment health, environmental and economic benefits.The FD5000 series high voltage frequency inverter also regulates the output of steam and the output of hot oil by controlling the output power of the motor, controlling the pressure and temperature of the steam generator and the temperature of the hot oil generator.
