2. System configuration:
The system uses 8 FD 100 series frequency converters to control 8 fixed diameter frame independent transmission, each frame is driven by a motor, each frame has a non-interference speed regulation and transmission system. The system uses PLC + touch screen to conduct real-time frequency adjustment and operation status monitoring of each frequency converter through 485 communication. This separate transmission mode is flexible, has a wider application range, and requires higher communication response and speed response of frequency converter.
