1.Industry overview

2.equipment introduction

Three-roll plate rolling machine is mainly composed of 1 upper roller and 2 lower rollers, the upper roller is located in the central symmetric position of the 2 lower rollers, and the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder acts on the piston for vertical lifting movement, the 2 lower rollers are driven by the main motor, and the final gear of the reducer controls the rotation of the two lower rollers to provide torque for the coil sheet.

The flat metal plate is transported by the feeder to the side of the three working rollers of the plate rolling machine, with the help of the downward pressure of the upper roller and the rotating movement of the lower roller, the metal plate is continuously bent through multiple passes (the inner layer compression deformation, the middle layer is unchanged, the outer layer tensile deformation), resulting in permanent plastic deformation, and the required cylinder, cone or part of them are rolled.

A row of fixed rollers is added to the lower part of the lower roller, which shortens the span of the two lower rollers, thereby improving the precision of the winding workpiece and the overall performance of the machine.

3.system configuration

The control system of the plate rolling machine is composed of man-machine interface +PLC+FD300 frequency converter. The lower roll, lower roll translation and hydraulic oil pump in the transmission part are vector controlled by one FD300 frequency converter (equipped with brake unit and brake resistance), and the roller station is matched with the external mechanical brake to realize fast and accurate start and stop. The user can set the product parameters on the touch screen according to the process requirements, and control the production of the equipment with the operating station or wireless remote controller.
