In order to guarantee the reliable operation of the system, power frequency bypass is adopted in the original mud pump control device and operation mode. The power frequency / frequency conversion operation switch of the control circuit is selected, and the power / frequency conversion selection is operated by manual switching to realize the operation of mortar pump in power frequency or frequency conversion. At present, the existing DCS system can realize the real-time monitoring of the working parameters and current working conditions of the inverter. In terms of operation mode, remote control or on-site remote control can be used to enhance safety. The machine uses PLC to process the switching signal in the cabinet logically, and can cooperate with a variety of working signals and status information such as RS-485, and can increase the number of control switches according to customer requirements, which improves the flexibility of the system.
