1.project introduction
The natural gas purification plant of a branch of Zhongyuan Oilfield of Sinopec is the first high sulfur natural gas purification plant of 10 billion cubic meters in China. Processing of high-sulfur and carbon-containing natural gas from gas fields in northeast Sichuan. The total processing capacity of the plant reaches 120×108m3/a, ranking second in the world and first in Asia, and the sulfur recovery production capacity reaches 240×104t/a, ranking first in the world.
Two sets of new generation integrated high voltage frequency inverters provided by FGI are applied to the speed control of induced draft fan to provide guarantee for the production capacity of natural gas purification.
2.Application condition
The traditional induced draft fan often operates at power frequency, and the forced adjustment of the damper will produce energy loss, generate noise of intense vibration, reduce the operating life of the fan and cause environmental pollution. At present, the most common method is to change the speed of the fan, and then achieve the adjustment of the air volume under a certain pressure to meet the process requirements. The use of frequency inverter is the guarantee of safe and reliable operation of the purification plant.
In the engineering design, the induced draft fan is adjusted by adjusting the air door. In the process of processing a large amount of natural gas, the motor's starting torque is large, and the starting current is 1.5~2 times of the rated current. The traditional damper adjustment method can not only save electric energy, but also increase the loss of furnace body. The accuracy and efficiency of manual adjustment are not high, and can not meet the requirements of the field process. In the early stage of operation, problems often occur, which affect the safe operation of the system.
FGI combined with the field conditions, to provide users with a comprehensive solution, a good solution to the problem of fan regulation, to ensure the smooth operation of the purification plant.
3.application performance
