Runchang Technology is a professional company focusing on all-steel radial truck tires, the company has completed the first phase of the project, with an annual production capacity of 600,000 sets of TBR, the second phase (planning) project is completed, will have an annual production capacity of 1.2 million sets of TBR production capacity. The company produces the mixer, which has not been configured with high voltage inverter before. There are drawbacks such as: power frequency start-up has a large impact on the equipment and the power grid, shortens the service life of mechanical parts, low working efficiency of the equipment, produces a large amount of energy waste, and seriously affects the stable operation of the system.
2.Renovation plan
For field conditions, FGI offers users two integrated solutions
(1)Scheme: High voltage induction motor replacement permanent magnet motor + inverter scheme
Advantages:
Maintain the original installation base size, strong interchangeability; Less investment, energy-saving investment cost-effective;
Short delivery time; Fast installation cycle, less downtime.
Cons:
The original reducer needs to continue to maintain daily maintenance workload, continue to continue the original asynchronous motor drive, there is a risk that the reducer will damage the high-speed shaft shutdown.
(2)The high voltage asynchronous motor + reducer is replaced by the permanent magnet semi-direct drive + inverter scheme
Advantages:
The high-speed shaft part of the reducer is cancelled, the maintenance amount is reduced, the failure rate is greatly reduced, the field operation noise is greatly reduced, and the equipment intelligence is improved;
The comprehensive investment cost performance is better.
Cons:Remove more equipment, can not be restored; Need to add some new cables, long installation cycle, large investment;Long delivery time; Slow installation cycle; Lots of downtime.
Finally, based on the urgent impact of rapid recovery of user production, this transformation adopts plan 1 to carry out. After the completion of the project, the site operation was stable and reliable, which was confirmed by users.
