1.Overview:

2.Implementation plans
The saw machine is driven by two motors, the big is the saw rope motor drives the saw rope, the saw rope sleeve runs at high speed on the mountain that has been cut out the gap, and the small is the walking motor, which drives the sawing machine along the direction of the stone is cut back. The moving speed of the sawing machine is adjusted in real time according to the cutting load. It is necessary not only to avoid overloading or breaking the sawing rope caused by moving too fast, but also to avoid moving too slowly and causing the sawing rope relaxing and twisting the sawing saw rope.
Therefore, the rope saw machine should not only ensure the uniform load and the stable tension of the saw rope during the cutting, but also improve the cutting efficiency, the actual mine shape is irregular, the cross section size is different, and the movement speed of the saw machine should be adjusted in real time.
The saw rope motor with large power and the walking motor with small power are controlled by two frequency inverters respectively. If the current is larger when the cutting texture is hard stone, the saw bed will reduce the walking speed until shutdown.
The saw rope motor speed is given by the external potentiometer, binding its frequency inverter AO1 output to the motor current setting. The frequency inverter of the walking motor calculates PID by collecting the signal given by the saw rope frequency inverter AO1, and the output frequency controls the speed of the walking motor, as shown in the figure below. The speed of the AI1 of the walking motor is given as the PID, and the AI2 signal is feedback, and the output speed of the walking motor is adjusted by PID to ensure the current stability of the saw rope motor current.
