Application of FGI Static Var Generator in 60MW fish-light complementary power supply in Fengruitang

1.Overview

The project is located in Fenglitang, Ertang Township, Jinxian County, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. The water surface area of the photovoltaic area of the project is about 1211 mu, and a new 110 kV booster station is built and a 60 megavolt-ampere main transformer is configured. After the project is put into operation, the annual power generation is expected to reach 75 million KWH, saving 22,600 tons of standard coal, 59,200 tons of carbon dioxide, 192 tons of sulfur dioxide, 167 tons of nitrogen oxide, 2,329 tons of soot and 2,216 tons of ash, which will help improve the local atmospheric environment and effectively promote energy conservation and emission reduction.

2. Implementation plans

The project uses a 15Mvar Static Var Generator (SVG) water-cooling equipment to compensate and control the voltage and power factor of the whole power station. After the operation, the power quality of the photovoltaic power station is guaranteed after the equipment is put, and the impact on the power grid is reduced.

3.Application advantage
