Construction
hx vertical impact crusher is composed of seven parts: feed hopper, distributor, vortex crushing chamber, impeller body, spindle assembly, base, transmission device and motor.
1. Feed hopper
The structure of the hopper is an inverted prism body (or cylinder body), the feed port is provided with a wear-resistant ring, and the incoming material from the feeding equipment enters the crusher through the feed hopper.
2. Separator
The separator is installed on the upper part of the vortex crushing chamber, and the function of the separator is to divide the incoming material from the feed hopper, so that part of the material enters the impeller directly through the central feeding tube and is gradually accelerated to a higher speed and thrown out, so that the other part of the material enters the outer side of the impeller in the vortex crushing chamber from the outer side of the central feeding tube. The high speed material thrown out from the impeller is broken by impact, which does not increase the power consumption, increases the production capacity and improves the crushing efficiency.
3. Vortex crushing chamber
The structure shape of the eddy crushing chamber is a ring space composed of the upper and lower cylinders. The impeller rotates at a high speed in the eddy crushing chamber, and the material can also reside in the eddy crushing chamber, forming a material lining layer. The crushing process of the material occurs in the eddy crushing chamber, and the lining layer separates the wall of the eddy crushing chamber from the crushing effect, so that the crushing effect is limited to between the materials and plays the role of wear-resistant self-lining. The observation hole is to observe the wear condition of the wear block at the impeller runner launching port and the wear condition of the lining plate at the top of the vortex crushing chamber. The observation hole must be sealed tightly when the crusher is working. The distributor is fixed on the upper cylinder section of the vortex crushing chamber. The impeller rotates at high speed to produce air flow, which forms an internal self-circulation system through the distributor and impeller in the vortex crushing chamber.
4. Impeller
Impeller structure A hollow cylinder made of special materials, mounted on the upper shaft of the main shaft assembly, with a cone sleeve and key connection to transfer button distance, high-speed rotation, the impeller is a key component of hx vertical impact crusher. The material enters the center of the impeller through the central feeding tube of the upper part of the impeller. The material is evenly distributed to each launching channel of the impeller by the cloth cone in the center of the impeller. At the outlet of the launching channel, a wear-resistant block made of special materials is installed, which can be replaced. The impeller accelerates the material to a speed of 60-75m/s and throws it out, impacting the material lining in the eddy crushing chamber for strong self-crushing. The upper and lower channel plates are installed between the cone cap and the wear block to protect the impeller from wear.
5.Spindle assembly
The spindle assembly is mounted on the base to transmit the power of the motor through the triangular belt and support the rotating motion of the impeller. The spindle assembly consists of a bearing seat, a spindle, a bearing, etc.
6.Pedestal
The vortex crushing chamber, the spindle assembly, the motor and the transmission device are all installed on the bottom seat, and the structure of the base is shaped, and the center of the quadrilateral space is used to install the spindle assembly, and the discharge channel is formed on both sides. The double motor is installed at both longitudinal ends of the base, and the base can be installed on the bracket or directly on the foundation.
7.Gearing
Adopt single motor or double motor drive belt drive mechanism (75kw above, double motor drive), double motor drive two motors are installed on both sides of the spindle assembly, two motor belt pulley with belt and spindle pulley connected, so that the force on both sides of the spindle balance, no additional torque.
8.Holder
Depending on the working place of the crusher - open air operation or indoor operation, you can consider the configuration of the support or no support.
9.Lubrication system
The special grade of Mobil automobile grease is used for centralized lubrication, and the lubrication parts are the upper bearing and the lower bearing of the main shaft assembly. In order to make the oil injection convenient, the oil pipe is led to the outside of the machine for regular refueling of the oil pump.
Working principle
The material enters the sand making machine from the hopper, and is divided into two parts by the distributor. One part enters the high-speed rotating impeller from the middle of the distributor, and is rapidly accelerated in the impeller, with an acceleration of up to several hundred times the acceleration of gravity, and then is thrown out from the three uniformly distributed flow channels of the impeller at a speed of 60-70 meters/second. First of all, part of the material collected from around the distributor is impacted and broken, and then the material lining in the vortex branch cavity is bounced by the material lining, and the upward impact is inclined to the top of the vortex cavity, and the movement direction is changed, and the downward movement is deflected, and the material emitted from the impeller runner forms a continuous material curtain. Such a piece of material is subjected to two or more chances of impact, friction and grinding in the eddy crushing chamber. The broken material is discharged through the lower discharge port. In the whole crushing process, the material is broken by impact with each other, not in direct contact with the metal components, but with the material lining impact, friction and crushing, which reduces the Angle pollution and extends the mechanical wear time. The ingenious self-circulation of air flow inside the vortex chamber eliminates dust pollution.
The motor of the device is 90KW/1190RPM/ 170A/60HZ, when the inverter is applied, it is necessary to change the rated frequency of the motor F3.04 from the factory value 50HZ to 60HZ, the frequency converter drives this equipment and the power frequency drives this equipment is not the same, and the F1.06 and F1.09 of the frequency converter should be changed from the factory value 50HZ to 60HZ.
