Changing aspect

(3).From July to August, the off-peak electricity in the early morning hours is delayed by 1 hour, and the peak hours are increased by 1 hour.

1.Scope of implementation of TOU tariff

At present, the technical level of energy storage systems on the market is uneven, and some systems have problems such as inaccurate capacity calculation and unstable performance, which affect the application effect of energy storage systems.
Market competition challenge. Market problems are mainly manifested as insufficient market demand, fierce competition and so on. At present, the industrial and commercial energy storage market is still in the early stage of development, the market demand has not yet been fully released, and the competition in the industry is increasingly fierce, and enterprises are facing greater market pressure.
The policy challenge. Policy problems mainly include policy uncertainty and insufficient policy implementation. The uncertainty of the policy increases the investment risk of the enterprise, and the lack of policy implementation may lead to the smooth implementation of the project.
